The documetary is about Transgender live and struggle in one of populus moslem country Indonesia, where rejection and the expulsion of society was still going on against transgender, A religion group denying the existence of the transgender , until the violence and abuse.

stigma and repugnance to the society of made transgender become a closed group.

According data of organization transgender on 2008 in Indonesia about as 7 millions transgender. that number could rise and decrease, about 34 percent of them infected by HIV/Aids.

Due to the absence of discrimination in the employment for formal or informal sectors, causing them down to the street, become a sex worker and infected sex diseases.

Now transgender struggle demand a rights for work and health care., push the parliament and government made legal protection of transvestites.the existence of the transgender in indonesia ranging from the city based of Islam rule in Aceh until to the inland of tribe in Papua. Especially for viewers in parts of the world where transgenderphobia is still prevalent.
